AI Solutions Engineer

Key Role:

Discover, evaluate, and recommend AI concepts and products that can advance capabilities to help the client capitalize on existing and developing technologies. Determine the feasibility of an AI concept or prototype through a rational series of tests that measure a concept's maturation against a set of requirements for the eventual adoption and integration. Promote a detailed understanding of current systems and how such systems can be improved by injecting new AI technologies. Evaluate the performance of technology and non-material solutions in their intended operational context or simulation. Make recommendations on integrating solutions into existing products. Support the client’s strategic and tactical evaluation of technology markets and the public-private innovation landscape. Develop, refine, and make available an archivable and searchable repository comprising official records, including technical reports other formal management records.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with AI solutions engineering

  • Experience with conducting research and analysis on various technologies and markets to find the best-fit solutions

  • Experience with conducting technical scouting and industry engagement to find best-fit solutions

  • Experience with various AI technologies and environments to provide guidance and recommendations to the government for advanced AI capabilities

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • BA or BS degree and 5+ years of experience with AI solutions engineering or MA or MS degree and 3+ years of experience with AI solutions engineering

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Knowledge Management

  • Experience with various Knowledge Management tools, including SharePoint, Confluence, and Jira

  • Experience with collecting, collating, and maintaining files, documents, and reports in an organized and searchable manner

  • Experience with strategy

  • Experience with AI, ML, and DS preferred

  • Experience with Army projects and programs

  • Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
