Counter Intelligence and HUMINT Operations Analyst, Senior

The Challenge:

As a CI/HUMINT Operations Support Analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand the operational landscape. As the authority on your portfolio, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure. You will provide daily support to operations by assisting with the planning, execution, and oversight of complex counterintelligence and human intelligence operations and provide guidance to client establishments in support of operations.

You Have:

  • 5 years of experience as a counterintelligence and human intelligence operations analyst
  • Knowledge of intelligence concepts, principles, and practices necessary to plan and support a wide range of operations
  • Ability to use Source Operations Management Module (SOMM), HUMINT Online Tasking and Reporting (HOT-R), CORE-D, Multimedia Message Manager (M3) and Tripwire Analytic Capability (TAC)
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Army Counterintelligence Operations Portal (ACOP)
  • Experience with Palantir for data project management, including cleaning and preparing data and creating, structuring, and maintaining data sets
  • Experience with Tableau, Access, SharePoint and in creating mathematical models and coding in R and Python
  • Knowledge of the US Army's organizational structure and counterintelligence missions

Clearance: 

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
