As a Global Force Management Technician on our team, you’ll help develop, implement, and measure the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, creating meaningful content using technology tools and systems to help you tell a comprehensive story. You’ll listen to client challenges and identify threats, gaps, or risks that need to be explored and provide a safe space for recommendations that will make lasting, real-world impact. The position requires driving a government vehicle to U.S. and partner military installations for meetings or training. This position requires driving as an essential function. There is no access to carpooling.

You Have:
· 1+ years of experience with applying capability request management planning tools and processes, including Global Special Operations Synchronization (GSOS) or Global Force Management (GFM)
· Knowledge of the Joint Capabilities Requirements Management (JCRM) tool to support the production of GFM deliverables
· Ability to develop and present written and verbal reports, briefings, and presentations in a time and mission-critical environment
· Ability to use knowledge management and Joint requirement toolsets to identify, plan, and request requirements
· Ability to leverage SharePoint and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, and Outlook in the creation of time-sensitive products to support senior leader decision making
· TS/SCI clearance
· HS diploma or GED
· International driver's license, Korean driver’s license, or ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government driver’s license
Nice If You Have:
· 2+ years of experience in Special Operations organizations
· 2+ years of experience with Global Force Management in a joint staff
· 2+ years of experience in a Joint operational level headquarters with applying staff processes and leveraging task management systems in support of operations, plans, or resource management requirements
· 2+ years of experience in the Republic of Korea theater of operations
· Ability to score 2 or higher on the DLPT in the Korean language
· Completion of U.S. Military Intermediate Level Education (ILE) or Intermediate Developmental Education (IDE)
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.Work Model
