Joint Operations Center Technician

As a Joint Operations Center (JOC) technician, you will use your skillset and your attention to detail to give your client the actionable information and context they need. If you have a strong work ethic and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.

As a JOC tech on our team, you’ll help your client gather information, organize information, and brief information as it pertains to the mission. As the continuity in the JOC, your client will look to you for time critical answers, most of the time under pressure. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you’ll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. You Have:

-1+ years of experience in a JOC or command post at the component, Joint Staff, or Major Command level

-Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, One Note, and Outlook

-Experience with Joint Staff operations

-Experience with JOC operations

-Experience with processing and coordinating briefings, reports, and necessary written correspondence

-Ability to perform quality assurance checks for accuracy and compliance to standards, policies, and guidance

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

-Ability to show a score of 3 or higher on the DLPT in the Korean language

-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
