Program Manager, Senior

As a program manager on our team, you’ll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by leading this effort. You’ll establish and manage the project cost, scope, schedule, risk, and quality delivery of capabilities, services, and deliverables associated with the work. This will include supporting diverse teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of capabilities and services throughout the period of performance, providing input to executive level reports delivered to the clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis around cost, schedule, scope, and quality metrics and service objectives, and facilitating discussions with key stakeholders on project statuses, working sessions, technical exchange meetings, and milestone reviews. The client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for leadership as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. You Have:

  • 8+ years of experience with working in the DoD or IC
  • Experience as a program manager in a defense intelligence or joint-command level environment
  • Experience with managing projects, including numerous workstreams requiring adjusting to shifting priorities and solving problems quickly
  • Experience as a primary interface with executive level clients, managing executive level communications, reporting, and development of programmatic strategies and plans
  • Knowledge of joint command and subordinate organization’s structure, role, and command relationship
  • Ability to translate client intelligence requirements and needs into program management outcomes
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Ability to show a score of 3/3 or higher on the DLPT, ILR, or ODA or ACTFL Advanced Low in the Korean language
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including confidently interfacing with senior military and civilian officials
  • Master's degree
  • Program Management Certification, including PMI-PMP

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
