Counterintelligence Subject Matter Expert

Key Role:
Act as a key adviser for 60 or more staff to enable counterintelligence (CI) collection operations. Leverage expertise as a CI subject matter expert to support language-enabled collection activities focused on countering foreign intelligence and international threats. Work with a team of CI agents, staff officers, and support personnel to analyze, test, and implement appropriate methodologies and practices. Drive the future of classified collection capabilities through the application of innovative expertise. Support key clients. This position requires the ability to conduct minimal, very occasional travel.

 

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with multiple facets of the CI field, including collection, investigations, support to force protection, functional services, analysis and production, and support to human intelligence (HUMINT) or offensive counterintelligence
-Knowledge of research tools, services, and practices
-Knowledge of technology and technological solutions
-Ability to maintain accurate and highly detailed operational records
-Ability to coordinate activities amongst multiple agencies
-Ability to provide verbal presentations and instructions on collection capabilities, concepts, techniques, and best practices
-Ability to support occasional non-standard hours and travel
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree and 10+ years of experience with CI analysis, CI collection, or CI operations and investigations, MA or MS degree and 7+ years of experience with CI analysis, CI collection, or CI operations and investigations, or PhD degree and 4+ years of experience with CI analysis, CI collection, or CI operations and investigations

 

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with supporting counter threat efforts
-Experience with supporting Combatant Commands
-Ability to conduct research and develop innovative solutions
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

 

Clearance:
