Intelligence Analyst, Mid

The Challenge:

You will serve as an intelligence analyst in a team providing information operations (IO) analysis on countries and issues relevant to the Marine Corps, primarily by providing reach-back support to deployed USMC forces. You will also research and author routine and special interest reports and briefings to support onsite government leadership. Concentrate on the following areas: political, economic, social, cultural, physical, geographic, technical, or military issues in countries residing in a Combatant Command's area of responsibility (AOR). Demonstrate expertise in IO and how to integrate intelligence research and reporting to support it. Analyze the development of IO products with meaningful conclusions and concise estimates of target audience activities and areas of interest, support IO and information support operations planning and execution, and conduct liaison efforts with other intelligence agencies and operational forces to support daily operations. Develop and maintain communications and interface with outside organizations for all matters dealing with assigned geographic areas and analyze and evaluate information to assess developments, trends, and threat implications associated with IO. This position requires the ability to conduct occasional travel less than 10% of the time.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with all-source intelligence analysis and report writing at the E-6 level

  • Experience with military intelligence support, planning, and operations

  • Knowledge of DoD or IC intelligence operations and analysis

  • Knowledge of IC databases and resources

  • Knowledge of intelligence support to military plans and exercises

  • Knowledge of Joint and USMC IO doctrine

  • Active TS/SCI clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with giving presentations to medium to large audiences

  • Experience with USMC IO operations or intelligence support for them

  • Experience with C4I or infrastructure analysis

  • Experience with using open source or publicly available information analysis tools

  • Ability to provide and present verbal and written products to a senior audience

  • BA or BS degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
