Semiconductor Engineering Technician

The Challenge:

What if you could use your engineering skills to help stop threat actors, catch a kidnapper, or solve a cold case? As a semiconductor engineering technician, you understand the building blocks of complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to how law enforcement investigates modern technology. We’re looking for a technician who can use their skills to develop novel capabilities to recover data from damaged devices or investigate possible integrated circuit (IC) counterfeiting or tampering.

Empower change with us.

You Have:

-5+ years of experience with silicon wafer, chip, or package sample prep through physical and chemical means

- Experience with Failure Analysis (FA/FI) tools and techniques

-Knowledge of semiconductor processes and CMOS design

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-AA or AS degree

Nice If You Have:

-Experience with embedded flash memory technology

-Experience in imaging with the Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) or Focused Ion Beam (FIB)

-Top Secret clearance

-BA or BS in Engineering Technology

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
