Key Role:

Define the voice of the client, including determining tone and style, frequency of communication, and optimal channels to reach the audience while molding and perfecting the message for each digital product. Work with designers to develop visual elements that reinforce words, as well as social media strategists, marketing professionals, and design strategists to create a cohesive message. Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. Determine and develop approaches to solutions independently. Contribute to the completion of specific programs and projects. Represent the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with disseminating sophisticated or technical concepts in written format
• Knowledge of design software or page-layout software
• Top Secret clearance
• Associate's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with Security including ATO and PIA documentation
• Experience with creating online help guides
• Ability to independently create content, as requested and synthesize answers and explanations by reading updates entered by software engineers and project managers from a tracking or change management system
• Bachelor's Degree

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
