Windows System Administrator

We’re looking for a Windows Systems Administrator with a background in deskside support who enthusiastically pursues solutions to technical and operational challenges to help us mature the infrastructure, organizational methodologies, and operational posture of the DoD.

As a systems administrator on our project, you’ll become part of a highly effective team to not only conduct operations and maintenance, but directly contribute to the enhancement of every information technology component that comprises multiple distinct domains and mobile exercise networks. By leveraging your creativity and initiative, we will help drive the future. You’ll assist users to overcome technical challenges through regular interactions with all levels of the command hierarchy. You’ll analyze problem areas and identify opportunities for improvement in mission-critical networks. You will be able to combine your passion for technology and superior communication skills by turning metrics into actionable information and communicate their meaning to leaders. This is an opportunity to rapidly gain experience in a highly demanding and diverse Windows computing environment with an operational-facing entity.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in a deskside support role in Windows-based environments
  • Experience with systems administration including Active Directory and fiber optic networking configurations
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • IAT Level II Certification
  • Ability to obtain Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Windows 10, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) Server Administration Fundamentals Certification within 30 days of hire

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with PowerShell scripting
  • AA or AS degree and 4+ years of experience with help desk and systems administration
  • MCSA Windows Server 2016 certification
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Windows 10, Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator, or Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA) Server Administration Fundamentals Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
