Key Role:
Research, elicit, and refine product requirements related to health analytics, IT systems, and data science platforms. Serve as product owner to the software development team. Create and maintain the agile product backlog, including user stories, improvements, features, and bugs. Lead and participate in product ideation and solutioning with stakeholders. Elicit requirements from customers and end users by conducting interviews and workshops. Identify and maintain use cases for the product, draft acceptance tests, and participate in testing efforts. Assist with the preparation of training materials, user manuals, and other documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with Agile development methodologies, including user stories
-Experience with genomics and bioinformatics, including sequencing analysis
-Experience with data analysis, data manipulation, and data modeling
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-MS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with leading health product development for Agile teams
-Experience with software development
-MS or PhD degree in Bioinformatics or a related field
