Program Analyst, Mid

The Challenge:

Do you love supporting projects from concept to completion? Do you have the attention to detail needed to catch issues and course correct? With deliverables on the horizon and a budget to keep in check, project teams need guidance with vision and focus. That is why we need you, a program management specialist with the skills to provide thought leadership and expertise in supporting fast paced overseas programs. You will apply project management best practices to support a Program Management Office with managing process improvements, staff and schedule trackers, and program governance. You will support the development of program and process documentation and reporting as well as tasks that inform program leadership and senior executives in the DoD chain of command. On our team, you will work with government activities and client personnel to meet project milestones and minimize risk while identifying issues and developing recommendations for issue resolution for program and client leadership.

You Have:

  • 1+ years of experience with strategic communications or project management

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to self-start and multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision

  • Ability to obtain a security clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Ability to communicate technical information and recommendations to both technical and non-technical team members and customers

  • Possession of excellent team-oriented and team-building skills

  • Secret clearance preferred; TS/SCI clearance a plus

  • Master's degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

The salary for this position will be determined based on various factors. The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 75,000 to 85,000.
