Key Role:
Build and grow data governance & privacy capability including marketing and proposal development, delivery, execution, and provide leadership to a team of professionals. Develop assets to assess and accelerate clients’ needs for data governance, privacy, compliance, and regulatory factors. Incubate and manage capabilities around data protection policies, data classifications, data discovery, data inventory and data privacy management. Lead capability development for assessment process, crown jewel definition and identification, guidelines for responding to data security and privacy regulations, frameworks, maturity models, program designs and implementation roadmaps. Provide subject matter expertise to clients on integrating their data governance, data privacy and data protection programs and technology stack. This position is open to remote delivery anywhere within the U.S., to include the District of Columbia.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in privacy, information security, information technology or data governance
Experienced with data catalog and inventory with contextual information on data elements, data governance rule definition, determines lineage & retention policies, data protection, data provisioning, data sharing, or data stewardship
Experience in data discovery, insider threat, data policies, standards and classifications
Experience with data to cloud migration, including design, planning and execution
Knowledge of data loss prevention, SOC, or cybersecurity operations with specific understanding of the tactics, techniques and procedures
Ability to support the analysis of policies & implementation of capabilities to manage client's intellectual property and data entrusted by third parties
Associate's degree
The proposed salary range for this position in Colorado is 110,000 to 130,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
