Application Developer, Mid

Key Role:

Serve as an application developer to support a government health client. Support all services in driving the improvement of the service beneficiary population health through analysis and data-driven decision making. Work with the project workstreams to develop and support client dashboards. Collaborate with designers to develop dashboard interface functionality, develop software requirements specification documents for the client’s servers, and present concise stages of interface design development to clients. Design and maintain the Statistical Analysis System (SAS) Business Intelligence (BI) web reporting pages and portals. Demonstrate a high level of expertise and ability to support web-based reporting and authoring, advanced data exploration, Microsoft Office integration, additional software and hardware, and interactive business visualization. This position is located in San Antonio, TX or Falls Church, VA.

Basic Qualifications

-3+ years of experience as a SharePoint Developer with version 2013 or later

-3+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, or .NET Frameworks

-3+ years of experience with workflow development and documentation of workflow processes

-2+ years of experience with developing, testing, and maintaining BI products and using Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft BI Stack, and SAS BI Software

-Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, XML, jQuery, SQL Server, Bootstrapping, or Web Services

-Ability to solve complex software issues and create scalable and secure user interface applications

-Ability to write and modify code to build applications and sites based on user requirements

-Ability to test software, ensure code runs properly, provide ongoing support, and fix issues as they arise

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in CS or Computer Engineering

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in working with DoD clients

-Knowledge of using Webmaster

-Ability to multi-task and adapt to rapidly changing and time-constrained environments

-Ability to work a shift schedule, evenings, weekends, or on-call hours to support the after-hours mission
