Contracts Administrator, Senior

Key Role:

Manage contract negotiations and development processes and practices. Administer existing contracts and renew strategic alliances. Apply advanced consulting or extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with negotiating and administering contracts, customer relations, and internal stakeholder communications

-Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and associated supplements, government and commercial contracts, and contract life cycle

-Ability to communicate, negotiate, research, and comprehend legal and financial implications

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with contract close-out, writing and evaluating contracts, and analyzing business needs for contract types

-BA or BS degree
