Cyber Operations Instructor, Mid

Key Role:
Review all lessons, material, labs, exercises, and instruction from a student’s point of view to ensure they impart the maximum amount of value in the minimum amount of time. Analyze the development of a mission task list, training task list, standardized training plan, training needs analysis, and training system requirements analysis. Recommend changes to Cyber operations and Cyber intelligence curriculum. Work with internal and external SMEs to incorporate new material developed by them into current or new courseware. Work with other schools, institutions, and industry or government agencies, including government, academia, or foreign governments to identify and implement new information applicable to specific courses or lessons. Coordinate course or lesson changes. Perform the duties of a deputy program manager.

Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with Instructional Systems Design (ISD)
-Knowledge of defensive and offensive Cyber operations effects
-Knowledge of defensive and offensive Cyber tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs)
-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree

-Completion of 400+ hours of providing instructor led training or Community College of the Air Force Instructional Systems Design Certification


Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Cyber operations or the intelligence community

-DoD 8140 Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level III Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
