Agile Practitioner

Key Role:

Provide expertise and leadership for agile software development projects and team. Apply advanced consulting skills or extensive technical expertise, including full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience as a technical hands on Agile Coach or Agile engineer or practitioner

  • Experience working with multiple Agile frameworks for delivery, including Scrum, Kanban, XP, and Scaled Agile Framework

  • Experience working with and configuring Agile project tools, including Atlassian, Rally, or ServiceNow

  • Knowledge of foundational Agile technical practices and project start up methods

  • Ability to be hands on working with a team to establish Agile technical practices and tools

  • Ability to work onsite in a secure lab environment in San Diego, CA

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Agile Certification

Additional Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

  • Master's degree
