IT Program Analyst, Senior

The Challenge:

Are you searching for a position where you can use your U.S. Navy analytical skills to make a difference? The program requires a significant level of knowledge across the range of U.S. Navy programs which will be applied across multiple projects. With that level of complexity, you need a skilled person examining how those resources are requested, employed all while and keeping the program on the path to success. That’s why we need you, a versatile communicator and team player who is technically sound, agile, and innovative throughout the U.S. Navy portfolio.

We have an opportunity for an IT program analyst to join our team as we continue to provide seamless technical and program-level expertise to ensure cost, schedule, and performance parameters of the Program Office are met to support current and future U.S. Navy baselines for all systems. You’ll monitor the cost, schedule, and performance of multiple projects, using tools like Microsoft Excel, Project, SharePoint, and other specialized applications. You will need to be pragmatic in your approach as the position requires daily interactions with SMEs, engineers, schedulers, customers, and other project analysts. The real power of program analysis comes from communication, so you’ll create status reports and provide recommendations on network performance, manage risk registers, supervise commercial network installation, liaise with operational units, and make experience-based recommendations for improvement to the U.S. Navy posture. Your daily responsibilities will include representing the client at program office meetings and preparing detailed notes and meeting minutes to ensure the client is kept abreast of programmatic and technical details. Additionally, you will work with the client in determining the future IT products, including software, hardware, networks, radios, satellite communications, circuit provisioning, Key management Infrastructure, Multi-Level Security, and IT support within the program office. We focus on growing as a team, so you’ll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. This position requires the ability to travel. This is a chance to directly improve a critical component of our customer's portfolio by developing program strategy and eliminating risks across projects.

Join us and help make sure our customer's program stays on time and within budget as we work with the client to improve the cost, schedule, and performance parameters of a vitally important aspect of our Nation's defense.
