Industrial Security Representative

Key Role:
Serve as a part of the Booz Allen Hamilton security division and administer US government security policies and procedures across the IC and DoD. Use expert knowledge of DoD security guidance and standards. Maintain a Security program, including reviews, assessments, and audits. Process SF-86s, SF-312s, Security Investigations, and Periodic Reinvestigations. Conduct initial security briefings, refreshers, de-briefings, indoctrinations, and pre and post-foreign travel briefings. Document control practices, including incoming, outgoing, marking, inventory, and destruction. Implement security procedures for classified meetings and understand physical security requirements, including Collateral Open Storage and Restricted Areas. Develop security-related program SOPs. Identify, deliver, and manage Security Education and Training in accordance with DoD and client requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience with administrative support, including maintaining sensitive personnel records
  • Knowledge of DISS, eQIP, or Scattered Castles
  • Knowledge of NISPOM, DoD directives, EOs, or ICDs
  • Ability to interpret and communicate established corporate and facility security policies and procedures to employees
  • Top Secret clearance 
  • HS diploma or GED
  • DCSA FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities Certification 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with working as a CSSO or CPSO 
  • Experience with DoD SCI components and intelligence communities 
  • Ability to be highly detail-oriented
  • Ability to present oneself as highly motivated and professional
  • Ability to be flexible to move from one task to another and be available for a variety of tasks

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.00 to $119,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
