Key Role:

Analyze the development and manage schedules that comply with a program's Statement of Objectives (SOO), Technical Performance Requirements (TPRs), Contract Work Breakdown Structure (CWBS), and the Contract Statement of Work (CSOW). Work with DoD clients to establish and monitor the execution of the program towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. Support and manage a project and program schedule that communicates to all levels of the project team and stakeholders effectively. Publish the Integrated Management System (IMS) to a SharePoint site for use by DoD personnel and support junior schedulers in the collection and collation of data and the interpretation of timelines.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in project management, applying project management practices, or scheduling concepts 
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for creating presentations, managing schedules, and organizing information
  • Ability to facilitate briefs and trainings, and work collaboratively with others
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise briefing materials
  • Ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with Power Bi or Tableau
  • Experience with Milestone Professional
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $47,000.00 to $96,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
