The Challenge:

Your ability to translate real-world needs into technical specifications, makes you an integral part of delivering a customer focused engineering solution.
As a naval systems engineer on our team, you’ll conduct engineering technical direction for problem definition, analysis, requirement development, and implementation for complex systems in the engineering discipline required to meet technical requirements. You will work with a diverse team to make recommendations and advise on system development, improvements, optimization, or support efforts while performing risk assessments and analysis employing modeling and simulation techniques. You Have:
-5+ years of experience with solving complex systems engineering problems using standard methodologies
-Ability to comprehend complex technical problems where capabilities are affected by technical achievability, affordability, and schedule
-Active Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with DoD technical and engineering requirements as active duty and NAVSEA program office support
-Experience with program management of major ACAT acquisition programs
-Experience with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) cycle
-Experience with the Navy Modernization Process (NMP)
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
