Project/Process Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide a broad range of management analysis, project and initiative management, and strategic communications support to senior Navy officials in a fast-paced, technical organization. Assist in the development, analysis, coordination, and review of presentations, documentation, reports, including weekly and monthly activity reports, and technical artifacts by providing content and knowledge management support. Support the development and management of organizational and task schedules. Support information gathering, analysis, and preparation of data call responses, reports, and visualizations. Assist government leads in preparing for and executing meetings, including the coordination of administrative and logistical details, development of meeting summaries, and action item tracking. Act as operational liaison to the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to manage team’s access documentation. Provide onsite client delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting Integrated Process Teams (IPTs)

-Experience with data management and SharePoint

-Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word

-Knowledge of DoD acquisition and engineering processes

-Ability to identify problems and solve complex business issues

-Secret clearance required

-BA or BS in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio a plus

-Experience with the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council (NSERC) preferred

-Experience in the DoD, Navy, SPAWAR, or NAVWAR organizations preferred

-Knowledge of DoD Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Execution (PPBE), systems engineering, Naval technical authority, systems development life cycle, and Cybersecurity technical authority (CS TA) standards a plus

-Knowledge of SPAWAR 5.0B processes, including Enterprise Architecture, Architecture Governance Board, and Architecture Working Group a plus

-Ability to adapt to changing priorities, exhibit self-management, and be comfortable synthesizing large amounts of information to organizational leaders

-Ability to develop a high-level understanding of the organization’s mission and domain

-Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

-CompTIA Security+ Certification, including CISSP a plus
