Recruiting Coordinator

Key Role:
Provide full life cycle administrative support to the interview portion of the candidate life cycle as a key member of the Talent Acquisition team. Support the coordination and facilitation of all aspects of candidate interviews, including events, virtual webcam interviews, travel coordination, and escorting of onsite candidates. Provide high-touch support for candidates and hiring and career managers to ensure ensure a smooth and positive interview experience for all parties involved. Interact frequently with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates, including ensuring all required actions are completed in a timely manner while ensuring compliance with firm processes and government regulations.
Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience in an administrative or customer service role 
-Experience with general Internet applications and Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel
-Ability to greet new hires on day one of orientation in person or virtually if starting remotely 
-Ability to retain the confidentiality of sensitive information and respect diverse backgrounds and proprietary information 
-HS diploma or GED
