Key Role:

Act as a Ship Anti-Submarine Warfare Readiness, Effectiveness, and Measuring (SHAREM) and Surface Warfare Readiness, Effectiveness, and Measuring (SURFREM) Programs Operations Analyst. Analyze actual and predictable interacting operational activities of the business to obtain a quantitative, rational basis for decision making through the application of logic and scientific or economic disciplines and techniques. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. This position requires travelling CONUS and OCONUS of up to 10% of the time.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with operations research, operations analysis, applied mathematics, or statistics

-2+ years of experience with leading analysis teams

-Experience with the use of analytical software tools, including MATLAB, Statistical Analysis Software, or Python

-Ability to solve analytical problems

-Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS of up to 10% of the time

-Secret clearance

-MS degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with SQL database management

-Knowledge of Modeling and Simulation

-Knowledge of anti-submarine warfare, surface warfare, and surface ship operations

-Ability to use Python for data analysis

-Agile Methodologies Certification
