As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to design C4I systems in support of the Navy's missions. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and modernize advanced technology solutions. You’ll develop your skills in areas such as MBSE, cybersecurity, and network engineering while gaining experience in critical Navy systems and missions. You Have:

  • 4+ years of experience with systems engineering in complex projects

  • Experience providing systems engineering services and executing systems engineering processes

  • Experience with developing requirements to meet customer capabilities

  • Experience with designing and integrating complex projects and systems

  • Ability to develop technical documentation and design artifacts

  • Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary and dynamic team environment

  • Top Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with systems engineering for DoD projects or systems

  • Experience leading systems engineering efforts for a complex program

  • Experience with automation technologies

  • Experience with the practical application of UML or SysML implementations

  • Experience with virtualization technologies

  • Experience in executing process improvement studies and activities for complex projects

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Master's degree in Engineering

  • INCOSE CSEP Certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
