Cybersecurity Business Delivery Executive

Key Role:

Manage and grow existing Cybersecurity businesses through delivery excellence by serving in delivery executive and delivery manager roles on various client engagements. Facilitate proposal development, including scope and staff mix and delivery execution, including scope, schedule cost, and client satisfaction. Support clients in multiple different industries specific to Cyber, Cloud, and Digital service offerings. Lead large or complex work streams, synthesize and analyze complex data, and work with the team to develop high-quality deliverables. Lead the strategy development, design, implementation, and operations of Cybersecurity capabilities. Manage strategic shaping and tactical delivery and design, implement, and operate cutting-edge service offerings, including security operation centers or fusion centers, data protection, threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management using industry leading tools.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience in leading technical project delivery or management with commercial clients in a fast-paced environment

-Experience with delivery excellence, including quality assurance and quality control and managing and leading functional teams to meet or exceed client expectations

-Knowledge of Cybersecurity service offerings

-Ability to orchestrate highly technical delivery teams and work with clients to identify optimal solutions, including people, process, and technology based on their specific challenges

-Ability to manage and lead multiple fast-paced delivery teams across various challenging commercial environments

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with top tier management and consulting firms, including supporting large engagements

-Experience in one or more industries, including energy, financial services, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, energy, consumer products, high tech, or digital

-Ability to work with senior partners and executive officers to foster positive client and vendor relationships, identify new business opportunities with existing clients, and develop mutually beneficial partnerships

-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced consulting environment
