Emergent Threat Training Integrator

Key Role:

Plan, synchronize, coordinate, and facilitate live, virtual, constructive, and gaming Explosive Hazard (EH), Counter small Unmanned Aircraft System (C-sUAS), and emergent threat training in support of individual and collective training requirements at home station and abroad for U.S. service members. Provide training expertise to support requirements for command exercises and other engagements with allies and partners. Engage command teams at all levels to understand mission requirements and discuss training needs. Integrate support resources including the latest threat updates and fabrication products to enable unit training objectives based on assessed gaps. Prepare After Action Reviews (AAR), Executive Summaries (EXSUM), and other client reports as required to capture impacts, lessons learned, and best practices. Participate in training related battle rhythm events, working groups, planning conferences, and synchronization meetings.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in the military as a Maneuver, Fires, Maneuver Support, or Special Operations professional

  • Experience working staff training and operations at the battalion or above level

  • Experience with EH and C-sUAS training or operations

  • Experience as a military instructor

  • Experience conducting After Action Reviews (AAR) and writing reports and evaluations

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office suite

  • Knowledge of EH, C-sUAS equipment, and integration into operations

  • Ability to certify as a training facilitator via a Booz Allen approved program

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience integrating live, virtual, constructive, and gaming warfighting training

  • Experience supporting bilateral or multinational partner nation engagements

  • Experience as an Observer-Controller-Trainer (OC/T)

  • Experience with EW, EMSO training or operations

  • Knowledge of Cyberspace Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) as a process to enable operations

  • Ability to travel in support of client requirements

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communications skills

  • Associate's degree preferred

  • PMP Certification
