Have you run Kubernetes in production? How about across cloud providers and hybrid cloud? Are you interested in deploying, testing, and destroying a Kubernetes cluster in record time? If so, Booz Allen is looking for you.

Come join our Kubernetes platform team to build, deploy, operate, and improve our clusters. Help guide the adoption of Kubernetes across the organization. You will design, implement, and configure the production grade of Kubernetes clusters. Ensure the resiliency of containerized workloads through application autoscaling, fault tolerance, and high availability. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.

You Have:

• Experience with deploying Kubernetes within a cloud offerings or platform, including GCP, AWS, or Azure
• Experience with using or migrating continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipeline solutions or tools, including Jenkins, Git, or TeamCity
• Experience with designing, developing, deploying, or delivering using automation techniques or tools, including Ansible or Git
• Knowledge of cloud and virtualization-based technologies, including Docker, Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), VMware, or OpenShift
• Knowledge of Linux or UNIX administration and automation
• Ability to obtain a security clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• CompTIA Security+ Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience working and influencing software development teams
• Knowledge of Linux, including Ubuntu, RHEL, or CentOS, with a focus on the web, including Apache or Nginx
• Knowledge of protocols and technologies, including Microservices, SOA, HTTP, SSL/TLS, LDAP, JDBC, SQL, or HTML
