Key Role:
Provide scientific, project management, and education and training expertise related to traumatic brain injury (TBI) patient care. Serve as a subject matter expert for training and education planning to disseminate critical information related to traumatic brain injury (TBI) to diverse audiences. Apply advanced health science expertise to design the strategy for traumatic brain injury (TBI) education planning and the dissemination of all TBI-related training curriculum and the associated products to healthcare providers and DoD leadership. Collaborate with other directorates, education, and outreach teams. Interface directly with clinical personnel, including military and civilian clinicians, researchers, and administrators.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with scientific writing for technical and non-technical audiences to design, develop, and expand education and outreach tools, training platforms, and materials for diverse audiences
5+ years of experience providing and facilitating education and training activities for military and VA providers or beneficiaries
5+ years of experience developing standardized education and training curricula and associated evaluation criteria
5+ years of experience assisting with the development and production of print, web, multimedia materials, and web-based training targeted to healthcare providers and beneficiaries
3+ years of experience with leading and mentoring teams
3+ years of experience in implementation science
Ability to obtain a security clearance
Bachelor’s degree
Additional Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in DoD, military, or VA health settings preferred
3+ years of experience with neuroscience or brain health research
Experience in dissemination science preferred
PMP Certification
