Agile Project Manager, Senior

In this role, you’ll manage the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. You’ll work directly with clients to Ensure the multi-disciplinary Agile development team (ADT) is seamlessly integrated and embedded into the client's multi-layer targeting analysis processes and teams. You’ll move quickly in a fast-paced and fluid environment to drive the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in a project management role

  • Experience with project management using Agile software development methods in an onsite DevOps environment and meeting cost, schedule, and performance requirements for federal software development projects

  • Experience in interacting with management, analysts, and IT individuals from military, civilian, contractor, and academic communities and all levels, including executive

  • Experience with establishing and maintaining a high level of client trust and confidence

  • Experience in management with information systems and technology, including software programming, testing, quality control, enterprise systems and applications, networking, and Help Desk

  • Experience with support services for contract procurement, maintaining hardware and software licenses, and assisting with various administrative duties, as needed

  • Experience with the system development life cycle and system and application program development technological alternatives

  • Experience with targeting analysis and all intelligence disciplines, including GEOINT, HUMINT, MASINT, OSINT, and SIGINT, and the data and tools associated with these disciplines

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with providing direct support to targeting efforts

  • Experience with the implementation of software or Web development projects using Agile methodologies, including managing large, complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-disciplinary teams

  • Experience with multi-threaded, Big Data, distributive Cloud architectures and frameworks, including Hadoop, MapReduce, Cloudera, Hive, Spark, and Elastic Search for the purposes of conducting Big Data analytics

  • Experience with processing and managing large data sets

  • Experience with software development and working independently, in pairs, and as part of a team

  • Experience with one of the following programming languages: C#, Java, .NET, Python, Perl, Ruby, or similar

  • Knowledge of Special Operations or IC organizations and missions

  • COMPTIA Security+ or CISSP Certification
