Program Security Officer

Key Role:

Ensure the organization's compliance with DoD security requirements. Manage administrative activities related to security clearances for the organization's employees, ensure the security of restricted access facilities and sensitive records, and advise management on pertinent issues. Analyze the development and implementation of key programs or processes for the organization.  

Basic Qualifications:   

  • 5+ years of experience in the DoD or intelligence community (IC)
  • Experience with personnel or program assistance
  • Experience with managing and enforcing security policy for geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) programs
  • Experience in providing analytical support for classification guidance and engage with mission partners on security matters
  • Knowledge of People Soft, JPAS, Scattered Castles, or ICD705
  • Ability to oversee program and facility control and perform security site assessments for facilities handling compartmented GEOINT
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience with program security
  • MA or MS degree in Science
