Technical User Engagement Lead

Key Role:

Lead and coach on the definition of software architecture, including the development and implementation of effective software administration processes for all platforms. Apply advanced consulting and extensive technical expertise and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction and mentor and supervise team members.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with managing multiple internal stakeholders to the successful implementation and execution of client workflows

-Experience with facilitating translations of business process into technical Enterprise Workflow solutions

-Experience with capturing, designing, and communicating user requirements

-Experience with implementing user requirements for Enterprise Level Workflow Management Tool

-Experience in using process improvement frameworks to provide the client with recommendations and quantitative and qualitative results

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Visio, or Excel

-Knowledge of Tableau, Kibana, and Python visualization libraries, including matplotlib or pandas

-Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with designing data collection plans, facilitating workshops, and communicating your research and illustrative analysis to help establish a comprehension and agreement from key decision makers

-Experience in engaging with clients throughout projects to ensure the best analytical approach, successful delivery, and client satisfaction

-Experience with analyzing the client’s current operating environment and identifying areas of improvement

Clearance:
