Naval IT Product Manager

The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Naval IT Product Manager to navigate the intricacies of supporting projects from inception to fruition. With numerous programs necessitating a significant allocation of finite resources, maintaining a trajectory of productivity is paramount. Your expertise in project management will play a pivotal role in ensuring success through meticulous analysis and clear communication. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product managers to oversee the seamless execution of complex programs. From initial ideation to final implementation, you will be instrumental in driving successful project delivery forward.

As Naval IT Product Manager you'll ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards. You'll excel in navigating ambiguity and extracting specific requirements from high-level information. You'll identify and engage with key stakeholders, including senior management, clients, team members, and external partners. You'll provide support to senior executives by crafting impactful presentations, written reports, and other communication materials. Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying potential risks and devising effective mitigation strategies. Continuously monitoring risks throughout the program lifecycle, you'll implement necessary adjustments to ensure project success. You Have: 

  • 15+ years of experience in managing cost, schedule, and performance of acquisition efforts

  • 5+ years of experience developing executive leadership communications materials and content in support of key strategic initiatives and promoting executive priorities throughout the organization

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite to develop briefs, briefing memos, and talking points

  • Experience in risk management with acquisition programs

  • Experience in leading teams

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems

Nice If You Have: 

  • 3+ years of experience with USMC

  • Experience with Microsoft 365, MS Teams, and Power BI

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
