Trainer, Senior

Key Role:

Lead team of trainers to develop and deliver a variety of training programs to live audiences for law enforcement mission clients. Provide stand-up classroom instruction or virtual instruction based on needs. Design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. Analyze training needs and provide tailored training plans and content for large law enforcement clients.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in a professional working environment
  • Experience with conducting virtual and in-person training to prepare users, with the best and most cost-effective training, to accomplish maximum retention and minimize retraining
  • Ability to lead a team of trainers to develop, establish, document, and conduct IT knowledge enhancement training for all users
  • Ability to develop content for creating training plans, computer based training and training materials
  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with instructor guides, training manuals, reference guides, handouts, and course critique forms.

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
