Counterintelligence Cyber Plans Officer

Key Role:

Review, process, and coordinate a combatant command’s and DoD Cyber plans, policy analysis, and directives. Assist in drafting social media, Cyber and counterintelligence (CI) plans, and operational proposals, including planning requirements and tasking documents and orders as appropriate in coordination with the counterintelligence coordinating authority (CCICA). Prepare and deliver briefings to combatant command leadership on significant Cyber CI investigations, operations, collections, and production matters. Provide required data and information to the client for the development and implementation of a comprehensive CI Cyber program and provide general guidance to support strategic theater Cyber objectives. Develop and deliver training and scenario development in support of Cyber activities to support command and Cyber exercises. Leverage support within the US intelligence community (IC) partners in support of CI activities in the Cyber domain. Discover, track, report, and fuse global network events of interest utilizing Cyber intelligence analysis data and methods to provide focused operations analysis on known intrusion sets.

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience in Cyber counterintelligence

-Experience with planning, tasking, and briefing on Cyber initiatives

-TS/SCI clearance required

-BA or BS degree required

Clearance:
