HUMINT Operations Support Plans Officer

Key Role:

Support human intelligence (HUMINT) operations and capacity building requirements. Analyze the drafting of plans and operational proposals, including orders, planning, requirements, and tasking documents. Provide specialized operational and technical support HUMINT support to collection methodologies. Liaise between component commands regarding HUMINT operational requirements. Develop and present briefings to facilitate HUMINT initiatives for operations and special projects and programs. Assist with developing products, including daily reports or summaries and formal or informal briefings. Provide input into the development of interrogation plans and policies as they relate to Joint or Allied doctrine.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with conducting HUMINT collections

-Experience with interrogation, planning, and Allied work

-Experience with the European AOR

-Experience with working in a Joint Combatant Command environment

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree and 6 years of experience with HUMINT collections, MA or MS degree and 3 years of experience with HUMINT collections, or 10 years of experience with HUMINT collections in lieu of a degree

-Completion of a HUMINT Certification course, including FTC, DSDC, ASOC, SOC, or DATC

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to work shifts, as needed

-Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
