Using your comprehensive understanding of knowledge management, you’ll work with client counterparts to develop their digital strategies and capabilities. You’ll identify and capitalize on digital opportunities to improve client financial and operational performance, including revenue and profitability and mission achievement, as well as customer engagement and experience. You’ll increase efficiency of client-facing and internal processes by leveraging latest technology trends and research and analyze emerging technologies to support the building of required digital recommendations and solutions. You’ll examine systems and develop specific cost-reduction solutions, growth solutions, and business case analyses to support digital transformation efforts, help expand and reorganize the digitization unit and operations within large-scale organizations, and provide work leadership for junior employees. As the authority on your topic, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into areas like information operations.
