Intelligence Analyst

The Challenge:

Critical decisions are made every single day in the military. What if you could use your analytical skills to help them make informed decisions? With all the information available today, it takes a skilled analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. As an Intelligence Analyst, you use your specialized regional and functional experience and your attention to detail to develop analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters.

As an Intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll provide Intelligence analytic support to the client’s operations, activities and investments (OAIs), harmonize locally with a very experienced community of practice in the intelligence field who may not have the time or resources to collaborate, and synchronize theater threat processes with enterprise and collection managers to develop targeting products, operational concepts, and plans. You’ll perform the full range of counterintelligence (CI) and counterthreat gathering efforts, strategy development, analytical research, production of briefings, charts, written assessments, and oral presentations in support of CI and counterthreat target objectives development. Prepare and recommend operational usage of sensitive capabilities in support of the commander's priorities and objectives and conduct internal, inter-service, and interagency coordination and de-confliction of intelligence gathering efforts and operational missions. You’ll also prepare CI targeting packages, summary documents, and graphical representations of data, review case file documentation and evidence, and conduct threat analysis, prepare and present your findings in in-depth, high visibility products and briefings to senior-level staff, as needed, and determine capabilities, vulnerabilities, and threats from foreign entities using a wide variety of analytical tools and databases. You’ll get to work with joint partners and national agencies, review incident reporting to assess threat implications and trends, and conduct in-depth analysis of information related to CI and counterthreats. Join us as we provide our client with the best, most up to date intelligence information allowing decision space and opportunity to protect national interests in this theater.
