Key Role:

Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive experience developing contingency and campaign plans. Develop and maintain base plans, annexes, appendices, and associated Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) products. Assess analytic production requirements and collection requirements in support of OPLAN/CONPLAN Annexes. Organize and participate in exercises and wargames to evaluate plans effectiveness for Joint Planning Groups and lead Intelligence Planning Teams with COCOM staff, combat support agencies, analytic centers, and component intelligence analysts/planners. Bolster crisis action planning teams focusing on the development of National Intelligence Support Plan (NISP) with Joint Staff and combat support agencies. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with supporting intelligence planning including CCMD-level experience
• 5+ years of experience with developing intelligence annexes, appendices, and JIPOE products
• Active TS/SCI clearance
• BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with the Joint Planning Process (JPP) and military decision-making process
• Experience with foreign or NATO planning and theater campaign strategies
• Joint Professional Military Education II
• Intelligence Planning Course graduate
• Joint Intelligence Planner – I Certified
