Key Role:
Serve as a SIGINT capabilities and TCPED architecture subject matter expert for a Combatant Command and provide technical expertise and informed perspective advice to Command Directorates and Component Commands staff regarding SIGINT collection platforms, sensor capabilities, TCPED architecture, and acquisition strategies to inform Service Agency development, testing, and integration of ISR sensor systems. Develop and present capability briefings and technical information to a wide variety of Service, National, and Coalition Partner customers. Apply principles, concepts, and procedures of ISR SIGINT and Cyber EW to synthesize large data sets to provide recommendations to senior-level policy and warfighter decision-makers. Support the review and development of future capability documents, ensuring technologies are aligned against capability shortfalls. Participate in and guide capabilities-based analysis in support of the development of appropriate JCIDS, ICCR, and NGA NSG documents, support mission partner and cross-community capabilities base assessments, and provide analytic support to SIGINT studies activities. Assist with the development of JUONs and JEONs, PBR issue papers, and ISR capabilities proposals.
Basic Qualifications:
14+ years of experience with a SIGINT acquisition program
14+ years of experience working at a Major Command
10+ years of experience with SIGINT collections operations, JCIDS, requirements management, or sensor and capability test and evaluation
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
MA or MS degree
DAU Requirement Level II or B Journeyman Certification
Graduate of the Warrant Officer Cryptologic Career Course (WOCCP)
Additional Qualifications:
Experience working with the Army, Air Force, or national agency development offices
DAU Requirement Level III or C Master Certification or equivalent
DAU Program Management Level 1 or equivalent
Clearance:
