Schedule Analyst

Key Role:

Work with clients and teams to develop and monitor project schedules and establish and monitor the program's execution towards milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria. Develop and manage multiple projects and program schedules that effectively communicate to all levels of the project team and stakeholders for portfolio management. Interface with the client and internal program management on scheduling issues relevant to the assigned program. Prepare and present briefings on schedule status and program health to varying levels of management. Work within a multi-stakeholder, technical, and matrixed organizational environment.

 

Basic Qualifications: 

-3+ years of experience with scheduling and planning 
-3+ year of experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Access 
-Ability to critically assess schedules and other project controls data and communicate priority findings to teams 
-Ability to be flexible, show initiative and innovation, and deal with ambiguous and fast-paced situations 

-Ability to manage client and team relationships

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-HS diploma or GED

 

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting programs and contracts in the federal government 
-Experience with developing resource loaded schedule 
-Experience with earned value and portfolio management 
-Experience with performing schedule risk assessments (SRA) and enterprise risk assessments 

-Experience with government consulting and training others on scheduling best practices 

-Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills 
-BA or BS degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance, or Mathematics 

-PMP Certification
