Manpower Analyst

Key Role:

Provide operational analysis, recommendations, and manning solutions for tasking and manning requirements during joint exercises in the region. Assist with the development of official message traffic and tasking messages. Conduct planning and coordination of individual augments in support of operational requirements. Advise and assist with pre-deployment preparations to ensure operational billet requirements are filled and replacement sourcing is coordinated. Manage systems and develop procedures and tools to improve manning document processes. Develop and manage SharePoint portal sites to magnify efficiencies. Manage a Manning Document Portal System and develop procedures and tools to improve the manning of document processes, including developing and managing data to improve efficiencies and accuracy.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with U.S. Marine Corps Manpower, including in INDOPACOM Area of Responsibility
  • Experience as a Total Force Management System (TFSMS) Super User
  • Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite programs, including Excel for data analysis
  • Knowledge of Operational Data Store Enterprise (ODSE) and Marine Corps Total Force System (MCTFS) 3270 Domains
  • Knowledge of Special Intelligence (SI) Automated Message Handling System (AMHS)
  • Ability to use SharePoint and design SharePoint tools, custom workflows, and sites to support Data Calls and analysis
  • Secret clearance
  • HS Diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate complex data analysis topics to senior leaders and their respective staffs clearly

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $58,300.00 to $133,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
