Key Role:
Provide analysis to determine metrics for the efficient and effect management of our client Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs. Provide analysis in support of the development and implementation of security program goals, plans, policies, and procedures associated with the development and operation of SCI protection functions and activities. Develop and maintain a continuing SCI security education, training, and awareness program for all subordinate elements on topics relevant to the protection of national security information. Maintain SCI policies and procedures by advising on revisions to current policies and procedures. Provide recommendations to the security officer during the construction or modification of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIF). Process personnel investigations for SCI eligibility. Maintain account materials and documentation in accordance with the Marine Corps security requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
-Experience with developing and maintaining a continuing SCI security education, training, and awareness program
-Experience with processing personnel investigations for SCI eligibility
-Ability to support the development and implementation of security program goals, plans, policies, and procedures associated with the development and operation of SCI protection functions and activities
-Ability to provide recommendations to the security officer during the construction or modification of SCIFs
-Ability to ensure compliance with Marine Expeditionary Force security policies and procedures for SCIF spaces
-Ability to develop SCIF Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
-TS/SCI clearance
-HS diploma or GED
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Microsoft Office applications
-BA or BS degree
Clearance:
