Positioning Navigation and Timing Advisor

Key Role:

Provide analytical support for international and domestic policies, regulations, and doctrine as a senior Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT), Complementary-PNT (C-PNT), and subject matter expert. Act as a liaison for the client, support onsite customers, and coordinate issues for every functional area, including administration, exercises, assessments, operations, modeling, and warfighter support with staff. Provide technical reviews of PNT Operational Field Assessments and complete the contract's staff coordination. Develop PNT, CPNT, inputs to service, and Joint strategic- and national-level guidance documents. Develop recommendations for PNT and C-PNT policy and guidance that facilitate offensive and defensive operations, training, assessments, demonstrations and exercises without unduly disrupting or degrading civil, commercial, or scientific use of space-based PNT, either internationally or domestically. Provide PNT and C-PNT analytical support for both DoD and non-DoD policy and planning activities.

Basic Qualifications:

-12+ years of experience with leading and directing the work of others

-Experience with planning and accomplishing goals and performing a wide variety of complicated tasks independently

-Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures

-Ability to provide consultation on complex projects as a top level contributor and specialist

-Top Secret clearance

-MA or MS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-TS/SCI clearance

-PhD degree
