Program Analyst

Key Role: 

Support senior military and civilian leaders with equipment and vehicle work. Use various qualitative and quantitative methods to analyze the effectiveness of organizational programs and supporting initiatives to evaluate the efficiency of program operations. Analyze data to determine the accuracy of technical documents and work across teams to ensure technical documents are ready for final delivery in a timely fashion. Act as technical editor for strategic planning documents and provide senior leaders with regular status updates. Support program office and team leads to identify internal and external dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Project
  • Ability to prepare and deliver Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) deliverables
  • Ability to execute technical writing tasks, including collecting inputs from SMEs, authoring new content, and editing existing content
  • Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with teaching or editing technical reports
  • Experience with supporting senior level analytical data management needs or supporting in an Air Force office environment
  • Ability to explain concepts in the classroom or in writing
