As a systems engineer on our team, you have the chance to design infrastructure and virtualization systems in support of the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) realm. Your technical expertise will be vital as you evaluate and modernize our VMware environment. You’ll develop your skills in virtualization, while gaining experience with systems administration and Cybersecurity. Join our team and help turn requirements into accomplishments that drive change.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience with working in software administration or software integration and testing

  • Experience with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues

  • Experience in working with OA DCGS

  • Knowledge of administration of Linux or Windows enterprises

  • Knowledge of virtualization concepts

  • Ability to document process updates and troubleshooting details

  • TS/SCI clearance

  • BA or BS degree or 10+ years of experience in working with industry standard tools in lieu of a degree

  • Security+ certification

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with working on Agile Development processes

  • Experience in working with container orchestration systems such as AWS, Kubernetes, and Jenkins

  • Experience in working with automated test programs such as Ranorex

  • Knowledge of VMWare

  • Knowledge of operating systems such as Windows 2012 R2 and RHEL 7
