Research and Technology Protection Specialist

The Challenge:

As a member of the team, you will provide program assistance, including Critical Program Information (CPI) assessments, Critical Functions (CF) analysis, threat identification, vulnerability analysis, risk evaluation, and countermeasures development recommendations. You will support an Army client program protection planning processes and the application of horizontal protection in Army-led joint research and acquisition efforts by updating and maintaining the Cross-Functional Team (CFT) Acquisition Security Access Database and providing a tracking matrix on the status of all programs supported. As an expert in your field, you will provide analytical support for developing, coordinating, and implementing policy and guidance for research and technology threat protection (RTP) processes, providing lessons learned, and identifying, reporting, and integrating best practices into client efforts. You Have:

-6+ years of experience in a professional environment

-Experience with supporting a Research and Technology Protection (RTP) Mission

-Knowledge of DoDI 5200.39 and AR 70-77

-Ability to assess complex systems or capabilities for RTP integration, including platform and payload, test and evaluation, and field operations and provide recommendations

-Ability to author vulnerability assessments, including the development of threat data requirements and recommendations for modifications to the threat data production process

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree
