Vehicle Systems Electrical Engineer

The Challenge:

What if you could use your engineering skills to transform Defense systems? As an electrical engineer, you understand the power behind complex systems. That knowledge is key when it comes to managing the development and production of electrical and electromechanical subsystems. We’re looking for an electrical engineer who can use their skills to serve as the subject matter expert for developing advanced systems for the US military.

Our team provides mission-critical engineering support and technical expertise to Defense customers. That’s why we need you, an electrical engineer, with a solid background in program management, to help us design and develop the integration of subsystems for production. You’ll manage the design, development and integration of subsystems, review qualification plans to verify proposed designs, lead critical milestone reviews, and lead test events. You’ll directly impact Defense systems by participating in integrated product team meetings and providing real-time engineering analysis and recommendations to senior leaders. We’ll look to you to share your electrical engineering expertise through leadership and mentoring junior staff. This is a chance to use your experience-based knowledge in electrical and electromechanical engineering while broadening your skillset into areas like production and risk management. Join us and take on exciting challenges in Defense, as we work to improve the quality of systems and technologies for the Warfighter. This position is a hybrid role with a combination of working at a Booz Allen office or client site and working remotely.
