Financial Resources Specialist

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for applying expertise in budget and financial analyses to supporting client budget planning and execution, including interacting directly with project managers, major department heads, and customers to facilitate service-level agreement creation and required financial transactions. Develop annual schedules for budget preparation, issue budget variance reports, and follow up on remedial actions. Audit vouchers and expense accounts and analyze the installation of budgetary control systems.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience in a financial field, including accounting, budgeting, or finance

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

-Experience with supporting the intelligence community and using client budget and financial systems

-Ability to brief senior leadership on financial matters

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting a working capital fund

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree
