AI Integration Advisor

Key Role:

Work with the firm’s AI leadership team to lead the implementation of Booz Allen’s AI strategy, designed and executed to influence clients, capture business, create investment ideas, and develop staff. Build institutional credibility through both technical and cross-industry experience to yield expansive AI strategy implementation and use multiple channels including public speaking, publishing, and social media to evangelize the Institutional AI strategy across Booz Allen and in the public environment. Engage, in concert with our client support teams, with customer organizations focused on adoption, implementation, and scaling of AI. Act as an AI evangelist who develops and shares the integration strategy to move AI from innovation to measurable, scalable impact. Work with Market Integration leads to help develop and execute AI integration approaches for specific organizations and offices across the Defense, Intel, and Civil Sectors.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience solving technology integration challenges across the Federal government

-5+ years of experience leading AI, ML, and DS strategy and implementation

-Experience with major commercial or government organizations in an AI adoption and integration role

-Experience with creating and communicating new and alternative AI solutions and strategies for clients in the form of technical proposals, whitepapers, presentations, and conversation pieces

-Experience with authoring technical strategy papers to shape awareness and a vision of technology’s impact and future potential client approaches to increase brand recognition

-Experience with managing and implementing client programs utilizing AI/ML or solving complex data problems with real-world impacts by applying industry-leading technologies and approaches

-Experience with market research and business model design for emerging technologies

-Ability to organize and lead technical and strategy teams

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-Bachelor’s degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with identifying, assessing, and evaluating the strategic value in AI/ML technologies

-Ability to engage with both internal and external constituents to identify strategic AI solutions as they transition from innovation to future state standard

-Ability to manage relationships and a strategic reputation with clients and government officials

-Ability to develop strategies that influence government and industry partnerships around technology

-Master’s degree preferred

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $190,000 to $280,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
